By accessing and using Sportlytics at www.sportlytics.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sportlytics is a product of SHRL Group. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

About the Platform

Sportlytics is a sports historical data and virtual fitness event platform by SHRL Group. The Platform provides:

• The definitive 96-year FIFA World Cup tournament archive (1930–2026), records, and hall of fame statistics
• The official Sportlytics Virtual Marathon (#RunForTech) registration, digital bib generator, and proof verification
• Authenticated finisher e-certificates and physical custom engraved finisher medals

Sportlytics is purely for sports history education, physical fitness motivation, and virtual athletic participation. It does not involve gambling, betting, or real-money wagering of any kind.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Platform
• You must provide a valid email address to log in
• You must comply with all applicable local laws while using the Platform

User Account

• You log in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email — no password is stored
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
• You must provide accurate email and contact information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Virtual Marathon & Proof Submissions

• Registration for the virtual marathon is free and open to participants globally
• Run proofs must be genuine GPS tracking records from verified running applications
• Medal claims and shipping fees are non-refundable once the medal is queued for engraving or dispatched
• We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or fabricated run submissions

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, features, and branding on Sportlytics — including the name, logo, and visual identity — are owned by SHRL Group and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will reflect actual match outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportlytics and SHRL Group are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Loss of data, predictions, or account access
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Third-party service failures (e.g., email delivery)

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
