Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sportlytics at www.sportlytics.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sportlytics is a product of Johotics. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

About the Platform

Sportlytics is a free, entertainment-based sports prediction platform that allows users to simulate the 2026 FIFA World Cup bracket. Users can:

• Set group stage match results for all 48 teams
• Simulate knockout rounds based on their predictions
• Select a champion and generate a shareable prediction poster
• View a leaderboard of community predictions

Sportlytics is purely for entertainment and skill-based prediction purposes. It does not involve gambling, betting, or real money transactions of any kind.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Platform
• You must provide a valid email address to log in
• You must comply with all applicable local laws while using the Platform

User Account

• You log in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email — no password is stored
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
• You must provide accurate email information when logging in
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Use of the Platform

By using Sportlytics, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the prediction or leaderboard system
• Not use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform's infrastructure

Predictions & Leaderboard

• Predictions are for entertainment only and do not constitute financial or sporting advice
• Match result simulations are controlled entirely by the user
• Leaderboard rankings are based on prediction accuracy as determined by the Platform's scoring system
• We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove leaderboard entries in cases of abuse or technical error

Generated Content & Sharing

The Platform allows users to generate and download a personalised prediction poster. By using the poster generation feature, you agree that:

• The generated poster includes Sportlytics and Johotics branding
• You may share the poster on social media for personal, non-commercial use
• You must not remove or alter the Sportlytics or Johotics attribution from the poster
• Sportlytics retains ownership of the poster design and branding elements

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, features, and branding on Sportlytics — including the name, logo, and visual identity — are owned by Johotics and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will reflect actual match outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportlytics and Johotics are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Loss of data, predictions, or account access
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Third-party service failures (e.g., email delivery)

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
